Find out what your body keeps reacting to

Write down what you do and how you feel. Wellbeing Assistant does the tedious comparing and tells you which pairs keep showing up together.

How it works

Why this exists

This started as a personal experiment. Someone in my family and I live with chronic reactions nobody has managed to explain. A paper diary is the wrong tool for that: the reaction lands hours or days after the cause, ingredients hide inside other ingredients, and the trigger is not always food.

So I built the thing I wanted to exist — something that does the comparing for me. It began as an allergy tracker and grew into a wellbeing tracker, because the useful pattern turned out to be wider than allergies: sleep, stress and medication shape a day as much as any meal does.

How it works

  1. 01

    Log what happens

Meals, medication, exercise, sleep, stress, contact with something. A photo and one sentence are enough — you can tidy it up later.

  2. 02

    Log how you feel

Symptoms with a severity, digestion, mood, energy, sleep quality. Whatever you actually want to keep an eye on.

  3. 03

    Let it look for patterns

The app checks each state against everything logged in the 1–72 hours before it, and raises a hypothesis when the same thing keeps coming first.

Who it's for

You will recognise the shape of this if you have ever tried to answer one of these:

  • Is it the coffee that makes the afternoons anxious?
  • Does gluten really cause the brain fog, or is it the short nights?
  • Why does the rash come back every few weeks?
  • Of the six things I changed last month, which one actually helped?

What this is not, yet

This is a private beta. The product is unfinished: screens change without warning, and features can break.

Treat the numbers with suspicion. A hypothesis is built from however much you have entered — early on that is very little, and a coincidence looks exactly like a finding. Nutrition figures come from AI estimates and are approximations, not measurements.

Wellbeing Assistant does not replace medical advice. Discuss hypotheses and trial verdicts with your doctor.
